For the online data submission, you should go online the website of US Department of State official website https://www.dvlottery.state.gov and submit your personal data like Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Address (Temporary/Permanent), Postal Address, Photo, Email ID, Family Information and Educational Information. While submitting the date, you should be careful about the photographs and the information about you (should be correct).
